The Canberra Centre is set to welcome a massive multi-attraction venue, which includes a bowling alley, escape room and an arcade in early 2020 managed by Kingpin.
The Kingpin venue will come with fully licensed bars, escape rooms, bowling lanes, projection screens, karaoke, pool tables and over 100 arcade games that will include the classics as well the latest titles.
Canberra Centre’s retail manager Gary Stewart said the arrival of the first Kingpin in the region would provide a perfect location for birthdays, office parties and team building events.
It is an added bonus for Canberra, as Kingpin already has active chains in eight locations across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
He said, “The arrival of Kingpin is an exciting moment for the Centre and our community, and we are very pleased to be able to deliver such a lively entertainment offer that will excite and engage customers of all ages and backgrounds.”
New jobs will be available for 68 Canberra residents in areas including food and beverage, technical assistants and guest services.
