Princess Cruises are adding two new cruise ships to their fleet named, ‘Sky Princess’ and ‘Enchanted Princess’ – both ships will feature a cutting-edge and immersive escape room called Phantom Bridge. This combines digital and physical technology for a completely unique escape experience.

Phantom Bridge was exclusively developed for Princess Cruises by Farbound – an industry leader in real-life gaming experiences. The room launches in 2020 and each game will last for a duration of 23 minutes and can accommodate up to six people at any time.

The escape room has technology that will allow the ship to transform and respond to each action the player takes. This is all thanks to the unique system called Mediascape. Mediascape will be making its debut in Phantom Bridge and will control all of the gameplay.

Phantom Bridge includes a number of exciting puzzles and games that will bring the escape room experience to the next level. Touch screen surfaces, projection mapping and the inclusion of lighting, sound and digital features to simulate a real-life ship navigating the ocean. Amazing, right!?

The excitement doesn’t stop there, either. Phantom Bridge promises absolute inclusivity. Children of all ages, physical abilities and heights are welcome – so the whole family can join in the fun! Oh, and did we mention there are over 700 different possible outcomes!?
